Tea lights up my days and soothes my nights. It brings me happy memories soothing to my soul and sustains my peace.

When I thought about what brings me the most joy, it wasn’t the house although I love to design and decorate, it wasn’t the fancy cars in the driveway, it wasn’t the Loui Vuitton’s, Gucci, Fendi purses, beautiful. jewelry or other accessories. The item that was at the top of my list was tea. Why because tea lights up my soul and brings my life’s fondest memories to light.

As a child being raised by a single mother, growing up in Panama City, Panama 🇵🇦 the one thing I remember I could count on every morning to start our day was a hot cup of tea. It was something I could always count on enjoying with my mother every morning. Growing up, Tea was always my go-to, to soothe the hunger pains, calm a tummy ache or relax with a good book. Tea was always something hot when it got cold, something refreshing when it was hot and something that I could count on to calm all my anxieties, worries, ailments or just to relax and enjoy.

As I travel the world I’ve come to realize, that tea is a part of every culture around the globe. Wether it’s grown in our yard, foraged in the forest or bought in a store you can always count on some type of tea in every nation around the world.

I got into the tea industry because I discovered how loose leaf teas from around the world made me; feel, look, execute, relax, reflect or enjoy. Growing up only using plain flavored tea bags from a box, I had no idea how wonderful and enjoyable high grade luxury loose leaf teas were till my 30’s. It opened up my eyes to a whole new world and built a desire to educate, motivate and make it enjoyable for others to discover the world of high grade tea blends with me. If you’ve never brewed loose leaf teas you may be a bit put off or perplexed.

There are a few ways to preparing loose leaf teas, you can add your tea blend to a tea ball/diffuser, use a reusable tea bag, a strainer or infuser. I enjoy the luxury of an infuser when making loose leaf tea. Within the infuser the tea floats freely inside and flavors it thoroughly. It allows you the flexibility to steep a single cup of tea or an entire teapot. The tea infuser allows you to control the infusion time to prevent the over-extraction of tannins, which results in a bitter cup of tea. What’s a Tea Bar Service?

Our Tea bar services make tea the spotlight of the menus at your next event or special occasion. We offer transitions from day to night with tea-centric cocktails that bring a new wave of flavors for your guests to experiment with. We can also provide a tea sommelier, or tea expert, who provide’s guests or attendees information on how to enjoy their chosen variety and how to pair it with food items on the events menu. Last~tea but not least you can choose to offer guests at your event a signature blend created just for you, a blending station or pre made satchets to take home as favors.
